An Old Embrace

So with only 3.5 weeks left of my pregnancy - i did a OLD SCHOOL Embrace this week - back when my 3 year old was a new baby and i wasn't getting any sleep. this picture is of me at a friends house... couldn't take it anymore and just passed out at their house! lol

*** note the foot on the bottom of child so i would know if he was trying to fall off the couch! lol multi taskin in my sleep even!

even tho these new days are super tiresome... i so can't wait to meet my baby girl.. to hold, kiss, and just stare at her for hours on end!

UPDATE on the 1st day:

when i walked in to pick him up his teacher said he had a good day right up until i first walked in, he and another boy just got into over a toy car - but she said as far as listening and following instructions of his new class he did great and she was very impressed at how well he did for his age on writing his numbers and letters. he wrote the upper case and lower case letter "B" all by his self and i'm like... WOW didn't know my lil booger could write. i knew he could write his name sorta but the paper work that i seen yesterday from school was great!

there was another worksheet where he traced the number 2 and it was pretty good to - so i was super proud momma last night beaming with pride at how smart my little boy is and the awesome thing... he is STILL excited about getting to go to "preyschool" lol i love how he says it.

we walked in this morning and his buddy Chase walked up and said YAY TRES HERE.. and gave him a big hug. SO SWEET!

so i am very pleased with the preschool program that my daycare has going, his teacher is a "real" teacher with a degree and even with the rate hike, my husband and i talked about it and we feel that his education is worth the extra money we will be spending.

A Morning Embrace

Just waking up in the mornings, one of my favorite things to do is cuddle with my love bug!

he is such a good cuddler and of course always has to wrap around my neck for some good ol' "Mommy's hair" cause remember...

he "just loves" my hair.

So here we are all crusty eyed and sleepy faced just for Embrace the Camera Thursday!

YAWNS... this picture looks so comfortable, makes me want to get back to that! LIKE NOW! too bad a mommy has to work ehh??

"I no like it"

after about a 10 minute struggle trying to get him to WANT to take a picture with me... this is what we got.

He kept saying he no like taking pictures. This drives me insane because i have had a camera in this childs face from the time he was born because i wanted him to be USE to the camera not shy away from it.

for the most part my child is a HAM but other times he just "no like it" i guess it depends on his mood... lord tell me he isn't moody like his momma!!

My Tre n I

My poor little buddy STILL has pink eye.. this is the longest ever episode i have ever had to deal with, and it has gotten so bad that his little tear duct is so inflammed it's bleeding or seeping blood... i feel so bad for him! so here is a picture from before he got all crusty! :o(

UPDATE on Tre's Pinkeye - we have to go see an eye specialist today at 6... ughhh (Between me and Tre)that is one doctor appointment for everyday this week.

UPDATE2: We went to the specialist and he said the bleeding was caused from the other eye drop and to stop giving him those. no tears or cuts in his lens so that's great! just a bad case of the pink eye caused from a virus. im so ready for this to be gone!!
